2025000004 - ITN KFAM 202500004 - MyFAMLI+ M&O

The Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment (CDLE) Family and Medical Leave Insurance Division (FAMLI) FAMLI is seeking a vendor to support the maintenance and operations (M&O) of the MyFAMLI+Employer system, as well as provide one or more sprint teams to implement future functionalities and enhancements. 
 

• Support the maintenance and operations of the system starting in November 2024 with the current vendor shadowing, and then independently supporting the system after 12/31/2024.
• Provide sprint teams to implement functionalities in product backlog that may include system enhancements.
• Provide an enhancement team that will be brought on and removed as needed based on the workload. 
• Implement future functionalities and enhancements.
• Assist in any architectural refactoring tasks when necessary.
• Provide support to ensure that CDLE MyFAMLI+Employer’s strategic mission is achieved.
• Provide a strong senior project manager who will be responsible for both M&O and enhancement teams hence ensuring the coordination of all work.
• Selected vendor will work with the current vendor in alignment with the transition management plan.  The transition is targeted for October 1, 2024 or by contract execution and will include the new vendor shadowing the current vendor, review of all system documentation, assume hands on support activities of the system with the current vendor providing hourly support for a short period of time, and finally a final transition meeting to ensure that 100% of the system knowledge has been transferred.
• Selected vendor shall fully operate and support the system by November 30, 2024, but will have access to senior staff and relevant development resources, as agreeable by FAMLI, from the current vendor until December 31, 2024.
