CSU ERHS intends to sole source one of a Zenalux Biomedical Zenascope PC1 Spectrometer on a quote purchase. See attached PDF specs & department justification for new system (only) for comparison to exact equal or better market systems.

RESPONSES TO THIS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A detailed response to specifications/features of the equipment in a matching point-by-point listing.
Note the Department Sole Source Justification Letter requirements. Literature and comparative descriptions of features/functions, which can be evaluated by CSU to determine exact equivalence or better are required.
2. CSU will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions on this SSN must be Emailed to the Purchasing Agent.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
