D3011333 - Whatley Outdoor Light Poles

Colorado State University Facilities intends to purchase several Whatley outdoor light poles.  This purchase is brand specific.  Award consideration will include item prices, total prices, and delivery dates.  Bids may be awarded by item or by lot, whichever is to the advantage of Colorado State University. Colorado State University Will Be The Sole Judge Of Responses.  The University will select the solution that best meets its needs and is most advantageous to the University, with price being only one component of the selection criteria. This solicitation is subject to the Colorado State University General Conditions for Invitation for Bid and Documented Quote attached. A University Purchase Order will be issued to the successful awardee(s).  The Colorado State University Purchase Order Terms and Conditions are attached for reference.

CSU reserves the right to accept or reject proposals due to budget restrictions.
