The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU), is soliciting the submittal of proposals from Design/Build (D/B) Entities. Using a Design/Build (D/B) Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process, Colorado State University intends to remove and replace all exterior glazing on floors 2-12, as well as remodeling of the resident rooms, hallways, etc. The remodel of the corner suites is also being considered for this will be dependent on available funding.
