Colorado State University invites competitive documented quote responses to remove and replace rooftop air handling system duct insulation at the University Center for the Arts (UCA) building located at 1400 Remington Street, Fort Collins, Colorado.  The specification calls for fiberglass board insulation with aluminum jacketing (Alumaguard.) which will meet current energy code which requires R12 (generally about 3” for fiberglass depending on the density)”  Work will include removal and disposal of existing insulation, providing and installing new insulation per the drawings, and specifications contained herein.
