Summary of description below:
The State of Colorado, Institution of CSU, is soliciting the submittal of proposals from
qualified D/B Entities. Using a Design/Build Lump Sum (DBLS) Services process, CSU
intends to construct a new facility on the Mountain Campus to support educational and
research programs at the Mountain Campus.
The main aspects of the Mountain Campus Experiential Learning Center will include
classroom space for around 100 hundred seats, a teaching lab, administrative office
and auxiliary support spaces. It is anticipated that design will start in December 2019
and construction would occur over two seasons from May-October 2020 and 2021,
however, D/B Entities are encouraged to evaluate schedule options as part of their
innovative solutions.
