The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University would like to establish a term contract with one or more qualified sources to provide various heavy equipment in Louisiana as needed by CEMML. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources. A high proportion of CEMML’s researchers and technicians work full-time at federal and military installations. The strategic placement of staff at these installations facilitates consistent service and problem-solving. Because of this, CEMML requires various goods and services throughout the United States. This request is for a heavy equipment rental program. CEMML would like to identify a firm or firms who can provide various heavy equipment as needed in Louisiana.
