Description

Colorado State University (CSU) is issuing a multi-step Invitation for Bid for Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM) projects at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The purpose of this work is to provide Headquarters Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Sustainable Range Natural Resources Support. The first step will be a presentation of qualifications required by Colorado State University and acceptance thereof by Offerors wishing to participate in this Invitation for Bid. The second step will be presentation of priced bids.

The budget for this project is limited to $575,000 with order of priority for Project One to finish as much of the 139.2 acres as possible within budget and then start on Project Two with any remaining funds up to the budget amount of $575,000. Both projects are defined in Exhibit A.
