Description

The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University seeks firm pricing for equipment rentals delivered to Fort Devens, MA for a multi-year term. Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM) tasks at Fort Devens, MA require vegetation management and soil stabilization activities. CSU CEMML requires rental equipment that can accommodate all tasks as an all-in-one piece of equipment with appropriate attachments. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources.

Due date for this Invitation for Bid is Friday, February 03, 2023, at 4:00 PM MT. All respondents must
submit the following required documents via electronic upload on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System
(RMEPS) at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com by the due date and time. Responses are held in an electronic
“lock-box” until the submission deadline. Mailed, faxed, and email responses are not accepted.
This is a Two-Step bid process.

Step 2: IFB-2022-010-JS Price Information submitted to Pricing e-Envelope.

3. Bidder must include Equipment and attachments specification sheets.
4. Bidder must include any rental agreements and/or terms and conditions of rental.
5. Bidder must include any exclusions in the Bid in this section.
Only those bidders who meet or exceed the University’s Qualifications will be eligible for step 2, “opening” of

2. For new vendors to CSU or vendors with recent name changes or tax ID changes - Vendors must
