RFP-B710005 - Crowd Control and Security Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Colorado State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking proposals to provide event management and crowd control services to include, but not limited to, assisting with security, ushering, ticket taking, gate checking, parking cars, crowd control and guest relations. The regular season events and number of contests to be staffed include, but may not be limited to, football (five to seven home events per year); men’s and women’s basketball (seventeen to twenty events each per year); volleyball (sixteen to eighteen events per year). At CSU’s option, staffing may also be required for post-season competitions, whenever these events occur at CSU, in men and women’s basketball, volleyball and other sports. Staffing may also be required, on an infrequent basis, for other regular season events in other sports or for outside events that are hosted by CSU.
