SSN-2025-038-GS - Closed-end Vehicle Leasing for CSU

Colorado State University hereby gives notice of its intent to purchase via sole source, specific vehicle leasing as described in this notice.
The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University intends to lease a variety of vehicles (typically 4x4 utility vehicles) for their work at several military installations across the 48 contiguous states in addition to locations in Alaska, Hawaii and Guam.  CEMML intends to continue the ongoing partnership with Centennial Leasing & Sales of Northern Colorado for closed-end new vehicle leases and existing vehicle lease renewal.
Although CEMML is the University department leasing most vehicles currently, CSU also utilizes Centennial Leasing & Sales of Northern Colorado for the Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) vehicle needs in performance of their work on both public and private lands across the State of Colorado.  CSU intends to use this same vehicle leasing company for other department needs that may arise in the future.
