1. A detailed response to the specifications of the quoted equipmetnt in a matching point-by-point listing. Pay attention to the department Sole Source Justification Letter and requirements. Documents or literature, and comparible descriptions of features which can be evaluated by CSU personnel to determine exact equivalence or better are required.
2. Colorado State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions pertaining to this SSN must be submitted by Email to purchasing agent listed.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
