Summary of Specifications:
OVERVIEW Colorado State University – Pueblo is seeking proposals regarding a contractual leasing agreement between a Public-Private Partnership (P3) and the University to operate all student housing on campus. Colorado State University – Pueblo expectations are for the management firm to provide student housing that offers students a balance of academic and social experiences while living on-campus. In order to accomplish this, the student housing facilities and operations are an integral part of delivering the academic mission of the campus.
