Summary of Specifications:
Elevated temperature in the boiler building has caused recently installed electronic equipment to suffer shortened life cycles. The building is ventilated by 12 fans located in the roof. In the summer months these 12 fans are inadequate alone to keep temperatures regulated. Selected supplier will provide and install roll up doors at ground level and passive ventilators in the roof to work together to increase ventilation by natural (stack effect) forces.
