Colorado Springs Utilities will be issuing a solicitation for the following goods and/or services:
A Contractor to provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, design, and facilities to provide Generating Facility Data, Testing and Model Validation per NERC MOD-026 and MOD-027 Standards to be completed during 2022.
Colorado Springs Utilities is in the process of transitioning from Bidnet/Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing to GEP SMART and this solicitation will be posted to GEP SMART. All Parties must be registered in GEP SMART and invited to view or participate in Utilities’ solicitations.
