Colorado Springs Utilities will be issuing a solicitation for the following goods and/or services:
The Contractor shall provide property owner outreach, water conservation audits, energy appliance inventory, lighting upgrades, leak detection, toilet, bathroom faucet and shower fixture retrofit, and toilet water leak repair services to identified rent restricted/rent subsidized affordable housing and senior housing properties.
Colorado Springs Utilities is in the process of transitioning from Bidnet/Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing to GEP SMART and this solicitation will be posted to GEP SMART. All Parties must be registered in GEP SMART and invited to view or participate in Utilities’ solicitations.
