RFP-KO-144971 - Locates Ticket Management System

Utilities locating is seeking proposals for a ticket management system (with customizable features). The locator needs to be able to download unlimited photos quickly, include detailed notes that are sent to the contractor and include counts for lines located. The locator also needs to include dig alerts that will notify the contractor to call the appropriate departments for crossing high profile utilities. We also need 24/7 support for technical issues and a high level of customer service. The service needs to have the ability to add future options if needed as locating grows and new needs have to be met.
