RFP-SD-62605 - Leon Young Service Center Janitorial Services

Summary of Specifications:
SPRINGS UTILITIES is committed to forming partnerships with its commercial contractors to improve the efficiency of their facilities and operations. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the following janitorial services for the premises specified in accordance with these SPECIFICATIONS and other documents of this Statement of Work (SOW). Janitorial services to be provided at the following buildings Leon Young Service Center Complex; Leon Young Service Center LYSC01, 1521 South Hancock Expressway, CS CO 80903, Meter Shop LYSC03, 1541 South Hancock Expressway, CS CO 80903, Ice House & Restrooms LYSC04, 1561 South Hancock Expressway, CS CO 80903 and Satellite Fleet Facility LYSC02, 1210 South Hancock Avenue, CS CO 80903. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide quality professional janitorial services at each facility. All services shall be done by qualified, experienced, trained personnel using practices and methods recognized and accepted as standards in the industry.
