The scope of this PROJECT includes the tasks and deliverables outlined in Section 4.0 of the SOW to document a complete roadmap which includes the following:
 

  1. An enterprise strategy statement
  2. A timeline of enterprise initiatives and projects
  3. A prioritized list of improvement opportunities
  4. High-level justifications for each project/initiative
  5. The estimated cost, staffing requirements, and duration for each project
  6. An owner for each project
