Summary of Specifications:
UTILITIES, an enterprise of the City of Colorado Springs, is a home rule municipal corporation. UTILITIES owns and operates the municipal waterworks system, the electric light and power system, the gas system, the wastewater system, and other systems designated in accordance with the home rule charter of Colorado Springs. Electrician services may be required at various times at all Colorado Springs Utilities’ (“UTILITIES”) facilities; services are expected to be broad in scope and involve a variety of projects. This RFP provides prospective firms with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for a contract(s) to provide electrician services.
