RFP-DF-51523 - Actuate 8 Training For Maximo Version 6

Summary of Specifications:
Springs Utilities (SU) currently uses MRO’s Maximo 4.1.1 for purchasing, work order management, and inventory management. Customized SU reports are developed by Information Technology Services (ITS) using SQR™, a third generational reporting tool. Currently there are approximately one hundred and fifty (150) reports that need to be rewritten from SQR 4.0 and SQR 6.0 to Actuate 8.0 for implementation of Maximo Enterprise Suite. This development work will be sourced using third party outsourcing, internal ITS staff and internal ‘super users’. 

Due to the high level of procedural knowledge and lack of intuitiveness present in SQR, the end user community prefers to develop custom reports using MS Access and MS Excel. One of the goals of the Actuate implementation will be to move away from MS reporting products and strictly into formally reviewed and validated Maximo reports produced from Actuate.
