Mines is soliciting proposals from a qualified Offeror to provide a scalable, cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”), e-learning content solution (“Solution”) that supports employee professional development and compliance training. The selected Solution must offer a diverse and high-quality content library, deliver intuitive user experience, and include reporting features suitable for a higher education environment.

While Mines is not seeking a standalone learning management system (LMS), the proposed Solution must be compatible with and preferably include a prebuilt integration for Workday Learning. Custom integrations will be considered if clearly defined and feasible. The Solution should require minimal support post-implementation from the Mines Information Technology (IT) team and provide administrative efficiency through streamlined user access, tracking, and reporting tools.
