Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking to contract with a firm to provide consultants to support work within the Contract Administration unit in the Office of Research Administration (ORA) department (Services). The initial Agreement term will be six (6) months. At the end of the initial term, ORA will assess whether Services are needed and an Agreement extension may be issued. The total term of any awarded contract will not exceed three (3) years.

The Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. As Services are needed, ORA will reach out to the awarded Offeror to engage Services. There is no guarantee minimum or maximum dollar amount or usage of Services under the final Agreement.
