Mines is seeking a qualified firm (” Contractor” or “Firm”) to provide Online Training Prevention Courses, related to topics including but not limited to, alcohol/substance abuse, sexual assault prevention, and Title IX (“Courses”). Mines is committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for all our community members. To that end, over the past five (5) years, Mines has partnered with an online training content provider for the purpose of acquiring training modules that will help ensure the Mines community is aligned in creating a safe and healthy environment. All Mines students are required to complete training related to these subjects, prior to arrival at the University and throughout their time at Mines.
Additionally, employees are required to complete training related to Title IX and FERPA requirements. It is anticipated the courses will initially be assigned to 4,000 users in the first year, with expansion up to around 10,000 active users in subsequent years.
Offerors should include in their proposal, pre-built and compliant online training courses related to
alcohol/substance abuse, sexual assault prevention, Title IX, and any other topics detailed in the Scope of Work.
