Mines is seeking a qualified firm (“Contractor”) to provide a web-based ticketing software system (“System”) for use on the Mines campus. Mines currently uses a web-based ticketing software in a centrally located ticket office to manage ticket sales and operations for various Athletics, Student Life and other campus-wide events. Mines sells 80,000 tickets annually through the current ticketing system. Mines sells tickets in-person, over the phone and through a secure web page. Mines is looking to expand this operation so that all departments across campus can access the System and manage ticket sales for their events.
