Additional Bidding Instructions

The process to be used in the selection of the firm is comprised of two steps:

STEP I is the Submittal of Prequalification as described in Section II.
STEP II is the Oral Interview/Bid as described in detail in Section III.

A Jury Panel of individuals who will be involved in the project and/or understand the required services associated with Design/Bid/Build Contracting will evaluate responses to this AFB for both STEPS.

Firms do not need to submit any of the Bonding Requirements shown herein. This will be required in Step II.
