Summary of Specifications:
Colorado Mountain College’s Spring Valley Campus located at 3000 County Rd.114., Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms to replace approximately 4,875 SF metal roof and supplement its thermal performance. CMC’s objective is to obtain a new, maintenance free warrantied roof.
