• 6010 square feet to be re-roofed on the upper east side.
• 2352 square feet to be re-roofed on the south face to the valley line
• 250 linear feet ridge for a total of 8612 square feet
Additional work to be included in bid:
• Tear-off and disposal of existing asphalt shingles
• Dry-in 100% with ice and water shield, equivalent or better than Grace
• Install new shingles to match existing
• New ridge vent and ridge cap.
 TIMELINE
To be completed Fall of 2018 before snow.
