Colorado Mountain College’s Steamboat Springs Campus located at 1400 Bob Adams Dr. Steamboat Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals for paint and stucco repair and replacement at the Hill Hall Residence Hall.

 SPECIFICATIONS
The residence hall is an approximately 45,000 square foot, three story building that is 22 years old.

• Power wash entire building.
• Scrape, sand, stucco patch and drywall soffit patch.
• Proper protection of all surrounding areas.
• Prime and finish paint - Conflex XL High build coating, Acrylic (equal or better)
• After power washing, apply 1 coat of Loxon Conditioner to tie any residual chalk to the surface, if necessary.
• Repaint all eaves and trim.
• Caulk all windows and door frames.
• CMC shall determine the color to be used.

 TIMELINE
Work may begin May 11, 2020 and must be complete by June 12, 2020.
