Colorado Mountain College’s Central Services located at 802 Grand Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO is
requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to replace two fan coils.
SPECIFICATIONS
The selected contractor will provide all parts, equipment and labor to remove and replace two (2)
480v, 4 pipe fan coils with double wall fan coils. CMC is looking for McQuay, Greenheck or
comparable. It is the responsibility of contractor to dispose of the fan coils that are removed.
Contractor will provide any protection required to protect items such as floor, computers and furniture.
The fan coils are 21 & 26 at the Central Services location stated above. CMC will contract for the
removal and reinstallation of BAS – do not include in the bid.
TIMELINE
Work to start in April with completion in two (2) weeks. Installation should be priced between the
business hours of 6:00 am-7:00 pm, but loud/noisy work and service interruptions need to be
completed before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm on weekdays. Please provide detailed schedule for
demolition, installation, and startup.
