RFP-639-15P - Boiler Cleaning and Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
CMC has buildings in Steamboat Springs, Leadville and Carbondale with HVAC facilities needed service as provided below: 

• Closed loop hot water heating system at the Bristol building with a listed capacity of 440 gallons of 40% glycol mixture located at 1330 Bob Adams Drive in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. 

• Closed loop hot water heating system at the New Discovery building with a listed capacity of 455 gallons of 40% glycol mixture located at 901 South Hwy 24 Leadville, Colorado 

• Closed loop hot water heating system at the Lappala building with a listed capacity of 90 gallons of 40% glycol mixture located at 690 Colorado Ave, Carbondale Colorado 

• Old glycol mixture is to be removed and disposed of properly 

• The system will be chemically cleaned, flushed twice, have water deionized then Dowfrost type propylene glycol or comparable added to bring the level of glycol to 40% and then chemically treated with approved corrosion inhibiter 

• Service and a written report will be provided four times in the first year following glycol addition
