Colorado Mountain College’s Central Services located at 802 Grand Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO is
requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to remove and dispose of a bank vault door.

 SPECIFICATIONS
CMC’s Central Services building historically housed a Bank as a tenant. In 2020, US Bank, the then
current tenant, terminated its lease and vacated the premises leaving a large vault that housed the
safety deposit boxes.
• Brand/make/manufacturer: Herring Hall Marvin
• Dimensions(width, height, depth): Door is 82” /6’-10” by 17” deep
• Vault door is part of a concrete bank vault. 20’ x 14’6” interior
• Front surround and door mounting is 9’ 7 ½” x 8’ 2” high
• The weight of the door is unknown.
• Access to and from the space

o distance through the space to Grand Ave. 42’
o Ceiling height 9’ 11” to drop ceiling with +/- 18” above the drop ceiling.
o Door dimension for double entry door is: 6’ wide 7’ tall
