Colorado Mountain College’s Central Services located at 802 Grand Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide a software solution to manage the accommodation process.
SPECIFICATIONS
CMC seeks a vendor who will provide a software solution that will:
• Ease and increase student access to the entire process of requesting accommodations, submitting documentation, and communicating with their access coordinator and faculty, through on-line access to necessary tools and forms.
• Provide FERPA compliant confidential student records management with ability to control access, ability to track and report student data.
• Automate the process of generating letters of accommodation to students and faculty members using their CMC emails.
• Ability to interface with CMC's SIS, currently Colleague by Ellucian and LMS, Canvas appropriately regarding student's advisor, schedule, faculty, registration status, etc.
• Provide ability to manage student use of equipment such as assistive technology.
• Present options for management of alternative format solutions used by student.
• Present options for appointment management or interface with Bookings currently used at CMC.
• Azure SSO.
• Fully accessible and compliant with WCAGZZ and Section 508.
• Share other features available
