RFP-528-12 - 528-12 Edwards Cleaning Contract

Summary of Specifications:
Our Edwards campus, located at 150 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO 81632, is accepting bids for a cleaning service contract for our 66,000 square foot building. 



This Invitation to Bid states the scope (see attached document) of the contractor’s responsibility for janitorial work. This includes, but is not limited to, the daily or periodic service necessary to render specified areas clean with an above-acceptable level of appearance so as to make them functionally usable by the staff, faculty, students, and guests of CMC.
