RFP-517-12 - 517-12 Line of Credit

Summary of Specifications:
CMC recently purchased the building at 802 Grand Avenue in Glenwood Springs, CO for its college-wide administrative offices. We are partnering with the Garfield County Public Library District to build a new library and parking structure at the corner of 8th and Cooper in Glenwood. The project architect is Humphries Poli, owner’s representative is ARC, and general contractor is FCI. Ground will break in April, 2012 and the project is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2013. The Library District has secured its funding separately through a bond issue. Colorado Mountain College’s responsibility for the project budget is $4.8 Million. 

We are considering our options to finance our portion of this project. This RFP is asking for qualified lenders to provide terms for a line of credit
