Project Description
Colorado Mesa University is seeking qualified contractors to perform the renovation and expansion of the Buell and Cascade Buildings located on the CMU campus in Montrose, Colorado.
Scope of Services
This project requires modifications to the Cascade Building where existing classroom space will be converted into a nursing lab. Additionally, one large room will be converted into two office spaces. The project scope in Buell include multiple data drops for IT purposes along with converting current lectern space into a mobile lectern.
