CMU 2858 - CMU 2858 Custodial Equipment - Ride On Vacuum

Colorado Mesa University has the need to purchase 2-3 Chariot 3 CV 86/1 RS Bp – Lithium version ride-on vacuums for the custodial department. The University will require delivery of the equipment quickly in order to meet the immediate needs of campus; items bid must be readily available.

Statement of Work
Offeror is to provide Lithium version ride-on vacuums in the quantity and type as specified above. Offeror’s response must include all equipment specifications and literature for items bid. The response must provide detailed information on manufacturer’s warranty i.e. length of warranty, parts, labor and exclusions; detail who is responsible for freight charges if products need to be returned under warranty. Indicate in bid response the length of time the models bid have been on the market and the availability of repair parts. Offerors’ proposal must provide detailed information on how repair services will be provided; identify the local warranty service provider providing the company name, location, phone number and contact name.
Offeror’s proposal must provide all costs for repair and maintenance; cost must include at a minimum labor, parts and freight.
