PUBLIC NOTICE -
CDOT believes The Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) to be the only provider for a message center between excavators and underground utility owners (CDOT) for utility locate request when excavation activities are needed.

Any individual or company that feels there are other sources available for this product/service are instructed to contact Procurement Agent, David Musgrave at 303-757-9861 or David.Musgrave@state.co.us before the closing date and time of this notice.

If no responses are received, CDOT intends to issue a purchase order in the amount of $80,000 annually through 06/30/2021.
