Description

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to award state contracts to CDOT-qualified Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation agents to provide acquisition, relocation and property management services required for transportation projects. The Statement of Work encompasses negotiation, preparation of value findings, title, closing and escrow services coordination, property management as part of acquisition, property management, preparation of acquisition stage relocation plans, residential relocations under the Uniform Act, personal property relocations under the Uniform Act, business relocations under the Uniform Act and eminent domain litigation services.
