The purpose of the RFP is to award state contracts to CDOT-qualified Colorado Certified General appraisers to provide Eminent Domain appraisal of real property rights to be acquired for transportation improvement projects, to include litigation-related appraisal services in support of same. The Scope of Work encompasses total take, partial take, appraisal review and any litigation related appraisal services to ROW acquisitions where litigation is involved. The Scope of work does not include total take residential appraisal or the appraisal of off-premise advertising signs (billboards), corridor-related (railroad, etc.), or other specialty use property appraisal.
