The Colorado Department of Transportation is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee leasing, tenant management and property management services at two locations as outlined below. Tenants at both locations are responsible for rent and utilities, including but not limited to power and internet. CDOT is currently self-managing the two locations located in Fairplay and Frisco Colorado.

This is a two phase IFB. Vendors please ensure you submite your responces in accordence with section III of the IFB Document.
