Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 3+1-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF), The project is located at an existing CDOT Maintenance yard in the town of Maybell just south of HWY 40.
The new VSF shall be a 4,000 gross square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The VSF will contain an administration bay and three 20’-0” x 50’-0” bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, The floor shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors.
