Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walkthrough: Will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 10:00am - 12:00pm MT at CDOT’s Hanging Lake Tunnel (HLT). All bidders must be present at the mandatory pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid response for this bid.
Pre-Bid Registration: Send an email to Ginger.Butero@state.co.us no later than 12:00 noon MT on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Location: All vendors are required to meet at CDOT’s Glenwood Springs Office located at 280 Centennial Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 no later than 09:30am MT. We will be traveling by CDOT van to HLT and will be departing the CDOT office at 09:45am MT. No late arrivals will be accommodated.
Additional Pre-Bid Information:
- A maximum of two (2) people are allowed per registered vendor. Registration must include parties name(s), email and phone numbers.
- Vendors must bring a Hard Hat and Reflective Vest. CDOT will not be providing any safety equipment
- Please contact the purchasing agent at 970-216-8660 only if an emergency arises the day of the pre-bid that prevents you from arriving on time or attending at all.
- If inclement weather will or has created hazardous driving conditions, CDOT reserves the right to reschedule this Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting. Safety is our utmost priority. A CDOT PM will determine if the meeting needs to be rescheduled and notifications will be sent out as soon as the determination has been made.
