Description

HPTE is needing sales and use tax compliance to be completed due to the sales of express
lane transponders. The contractor will file sales and use tax returns on behalf of HPTE in
Colorado and in outside states. In addition to filing sales and use tax returns, the contractor will also establish/register HPTE to obtain the necessary business, sales, and other licenses that are required to comply with sales and use tax laws. The contractor will also provide HPTE consulting services to resolve questions and inquires; and audit defense
representation.

Supplier is required to supply pricing for items for initial first year and four option years.
