Description

Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the Removal and Replacement of the HVAC system on an existing CDOT building at I-25 Exit 74, in Colorado City, CO. The project includes the Removal of a traditional air gas burner system and replacing it with a new gas burner system.
CDOT requires the onsite work, closing the Rest Area, to start after Labor Day, September 1, 2025. After the contract is awarded and executed in the spring/summer of 2025 the contractor may work on submittals, procuring materials and scheduling the work however onsite work may not start until 9/2/2025.
