This solicitation is for Region 4 Bulk Diesel Fuel for CDOT Maintenance. The initial term of the price agreement shall be 1 year from the date execution through the initial term of the award. The State may unilaterally renew the term of the contract for four (4) additional term(s) of up to 1 year, including, but not limited to prices, rates and service delivery requirements. Bidder agrees to deliver under this solicitation for the full initial term and any renewals.
