Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on an interior remodel at an existing CDOT office building in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The remodel scope includes creating a secured vestibule, enlarging the open work area, modifying interior space to create a larger break room, conference room, file room, storage room and update to the restrooms. The restrooms shall be remodeled to include an extra water closet in the men’s restroom and additional lavatories at both restrooms. 
 
The area of construction is approximately 10,000 square feet of the existing 19,000 sf building.
