Description

Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the construction of a new 2,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building Sand Shed, storm water management improvements and asphalt installation at an existing CDOT maintenance facility in Denver, CO. Site work shall include the demolition and disposal of existing asphalt, regrading per the Civil Drawings, and construction of a new curb and gutter system, drain pan, subsurface transfer piping and inlet structure. New asphalt shall be installed per the Civil Drawings. The Sand Shed shall consist of 10 foot concrete walls with a pre-engineered metal building wall and roof structure above.
