CDOT is requesting bids from qualified general contractors for replacement of damaged building components at the KOA Region 1 campus in Aurora, Colorado. All building components to be replaced were identified by Young & Associates. Contractor is provide a single lump sum bid to replace all components and all quantities in-kind. No construction drawings or specifications are available for this project, contractor is responsible for means and methods.
Contractor to provide a single lump sum price for the entire project on the State’s bid and bid bond form (Advertisement Appendix B, B1). After award the contractor will be required to provide a schedule of values breaking the contract value per building identified by Young & Associates scopes of work.
