The project consists of roof preparation and recover at the main and upper roof areas. Removal of ballast, roof membrane, cover board, and insulation. Installation of new cover board and roof membrane. Removal and replacement of wall flashings, curb flashings, and electrical penetration flashings. Removal and disposal of unused items. More details will be given at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Principal Representative has determined that on site construction must start no earlier than August 12th and be substantially completed no later than November 15th.
